|Why can't I login to my account?|
|Typically, login problems are associated with cookies. Make sure your browser and/or firewall are set to allow all cookies and not blocking third party cookies.
You may also need to add clickcrazey.com to your allowed sites list.
Refer to your browser and/or firewall help feature for instructions on changing cookie settings.
|Can I make money with Click Crazey?|
|No, this is an advertising resource only. The purpose of this program is to advertise and promote your business or web site to others in the community. There is no income earning in this program.|
|Why was my website name rejected?|
|Your website name should not contain any spaces or special characters otherwise an error message will be displayed.
The website name is listed in your member's area only as a label or reminder for you. Therefore, you should keep it short and simple.
You can also edit your website name at a later if you wish.
|Why do I get logged out when surfing?|
|You should make sure your browser and/or firewall are not blocking third
party or session cookies.
You should also add clickcrazey.com to your known sites list in your browser and/or firewall.
Consult your programs help files for detailed instructions.
|What should I advertise in this program?|
|Your own web site! We encourage members to submit squeeze pages and or splash pages to promote within the system. These type of web sites pull the best results from your efforts.|
|When will my account be re-instated from suspension?|
|Members who have answered 10 security questions incorrectly are automatically suspended for three days, regardless of their account level.
This process is automatic. Please do not submit a contact request to reinstate your account.
NOTE: Security questions are in place to provide a more secure exchange for the entire membership. Please pay close attention to these questions as they change periodically.
|Should I report broken member links while surfing?|
|NO! Please do not report broken member links. It is not unusual for a website to go offline occasionally.
It is the responsibility of each member to make sure their websites are online and operational and maintain the URLs they add to our system.
|Do I receive surf credit for broken pages?|
|YES! Wait for the timer to count down then click through to the next member's website. You receive full credit regardless of the functionality of any third party website.
|Should I see ClickCrazey pages while surfing?|
|YES! Often times a member will add their ClickCrazey referral URL to a rotator. If they then add their rotator URL to their ClickCrazey account you will see their ClickCrazey referral URL while surfing.
Please do not report these sites as errors.
|What is my start page URL?|
|We do not offer a start page URL at ClickCrazey.com. You must login to your account to begin a surfing session.
|What size banner is accepted?|
|A standard 468x60 banner is used.
|How do I delete a URL from my account?|
|You must have at least one URL in your account at all times.
You can not delete a URL that has any % of credits automatically assigned. Reduce the automatic % to zero by assigning higher percentages to other URLs, then delete the old URL once you have zero % automatically assigned.
You may also take the URL out of rotation and ignore it. If you do not assign credits to it it will remain inactive.
Before deleting a URL be sure to re-assign any remaining credits or your unused credits may be permanently lost.
